Old Town Albuquerque II

These are from the my first evening in Albuquerque. I am enjoying being back in New Mexico. When visiting New Mexico I feel as if all of my senses are on top, that awareness has been heightened. Here are some observations of the five senses that I am noticing.
sight: clear blue sky and the bright shine of the sun during the day and the crystal clear star gazing nights.
hear: the wind and barking of dogs
smell: pinon and spices used in the New Mexican cooking
taste: the grit of dirt in your mouth and then the quenching of water, also the roasted green chile that accompanies most meals.
touch: dry skin and hard surfaces
Have a wonderful evening, Liz
