Spring and Forsythia

Springtime always includes the blooming of flowers. One flower I love for its delicate shape and graceful stems is forsythia.

And today is a new day for me, as I am now a full-time artist! My employer let me go four days prior than previously planned, the project I was in charge of has been put on hold, and the need for me to stay on and finish the construction set was no longer required. So I have four extra days to make the most of this season! I am going to go out for a run and then do some painting.
